I know that social media can be a very helpful way to connect with people. However, I must be honest with you. I get pretty overwhelmed with social media and if I pay attention to my how I feel when I’m on Snap-Insta-X-Book, I can get pretty depressed pretty quickly.

But I do want to be connected with YOU!
