People First

I am a people enthusiast who cares deeply about holistic well-being and bringing it alive at scale; both in workplaces and in society. This passion was born out of a merging of yoga, a decade of climbing, and three and a half years on Team Experience at a direct-to-consumer start-up. The latter positioned me as a central figure – a face of the company – becoming the de-facto emcee for all hands meetings, planning team events, facilitating new-hire training, managing internal communication and establishing relationships throughout the entire team.

As I deepened my own practice, and saw how helter-skelter our postmodern world is becoming, I take a stand that with intention and training, we can cultivate a sense of well-being, inner peace, and coherence. And we don’t have to leave that behind when we go to work. Our workplaces have the potential to amplify our growth as a whole person, not just as a professional.

In what can feel like an increasingly isolated world, I excel at showing up with contagious energy and bringing people back to their humanness.

Coaching is all about empowering deep change.

With a leader or a team, our work is rooted in goals that are meaningful, growth oriented, and inspirational to you. As we step into coaching work, I serve principally as a thought provocateur – a catalyst for change that sparks new ways of looking at old challenges. I lean on a coaching style that has been described by clients as emergent, embodied, and vulnerable.

Either through on-going sessions or deep-diving workshops, we’ll highlight existing strengths while uncovering blind-spots and under-leveraged opportunities.

Leadership Development

Transformation starts with those that lead. Utilizing the Leadership Circle Profile™, we work with companies to evolve leaders through deep self-awareness.
